Is the rate quoted per cottage?
Rates are quoted on a per cottage per week basis unless otherwise specified. Taxes and fees are included unless otherwise specified. Extra people, children, roll-away beds and incidentals may be subject to additional charges.
At what stage is payment made?
A deposit of 33% of the total cost (subject to a minimum of 65euro) is payable once your booking is confirmed. Your booking is then subject to our terms and conditions. Please read Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking. The balance is payable 42 days prior to arrival date. If arrival date is within 42 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
In what currency is payment taken?
We take payment in Euros.
What is the refund policy?

Is bed linen supplied?
Please see individual cottage information regarding bed linen as it may differ from cottage to cottage.
Is there an additional charge for electricity and gas?
Yes there is an additional charge. Please see each cottage for details as some cottages have a fixed fee, some have a meter reading and some have coin operated meters.
How early do I need to book?
We would recommend that you book as early as possible, particularly for July and August as this is when the schools in Ireland close for holidays.
Will I have to check in on a Saturday?
The cottages' check in days are flexible. You can check in on every day of the week (there might be some exceptions during the summer months).
What time can I check-in?
Normal check-in time is 4pm, however we would recommend that you ring the supervisor to advise them of the time you will be arriving.
Where do I collect the keys?
Keys collection details will be supplied upon final payment.
What time do I have to check-out?
Check-out time is between 10am and 12pm depending on the cottage.
