Payment
A deposit of 33% of the total cost, including supplements where applicable and subject to a minimum
of €65.00, is required on booking and the balance payable 42 days(6 weeks) prior to arrival date.
If a booking is made within 42 days (6 weeks) of arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Damage Deposit
Where a deposit against damage or breakage's is required, this is payable to the owner/operator when you
arrive. A receipt should be given to you. This will be refunded at the end of your stay provided that
there are no breakage’s and that the accommodation is left reasonably clean and tidy.
Cancellation Charges
If you have to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, we reserve the right to make a cancellation
charge as follows:

A minimum cancellation charge of €65 applies.
If you are booking direct with a member and not through Central Reservations or a Regional Tourist Office,
the Booking/Cancellation and deposit/payment terms may not be the same as shown above. It is recommended
you obtain written booking conditions if booking direct with a member.
Errors and Complaints
Neither Irish Cottage Holiday Homes, Irish Welcome Tours or Failte Ireland nor the Regional Tourism
Organisations accept any responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in this website, which
is intended as a guide only. All information in entries is best available at the time of entry (Dec'05).
Any contractual arrangements are made with the individual owners of the premises. Failing satisfaction
